The type of crushing chamber is determined by the use of ore: standard type is suitable for medium crushing, medium type is suitable for fine crushing, short type is suitable for ultra-fine crushing.

Product Structure 

The structure of cone crusher is mainly frame, horizontal axis, dynamic cone, balance wheel, eccentric sleeve, broken wall (fixed cone), broken wall (dynamic cone), hydraulic coupling, lubrication system, hydraulic system.

In the working process of cone crusher, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The section of the moving cone close to the static cone becomes the crushing chamber, and the material is broken by the multiple extrusion and impact of the moving cone and the static cone. When the moving cone leaves the section, the part has been broken to the required particle size of the material falls under the action of its own gravity, discharged from the bottom of the cone.
