Product use:
The end cover of the mill is one of the key accessories of the ball mill. It is located at both ends of the barrel of the ball mill and supported on the bearing. It is mainly used to support the material, barrel and medium.

With hollow shaft of the inlet and discharge tube near the cylinder side with cylinder, gap is too small do not drag fold, clearance is too large and easy to make pulp into the hollow shaft and the space between the inlet and discharge pipe, into space within the pulp continuously with the rotation of the grinding machine wear hollow shaft wall, and made with hollow shaft end cover scrapped prematurely.

After assembly, the stainless steel electrode is used to weld the end cover and the feed (or discharge) pipe near the end of the barrel body along the matching gap, which effectively solves the above problems. However, due to the welding seam is processed, there is stress concentration caused by welding, and the ball mill is affected by vibration, impact and alternating stress during operation, so the welding seam often cracks and can not reach the expected desire. The new annealing furnace is used to improve the stress and obtain good results.
