Application:

The products are mainly used for lifting materials and personnel of drilling wells in coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines. It is a special equipment for drilling wells in mines.

Technical features:

1. Adopting a whole type, two pieces, four pieces of various forms of rollers;

2.The roller rope groove adopts the pressed spiral rope groove, layers installed with steel rope transition device;

3.Adopting cylinder rear type disc brake and electrohydraulic joint control; Hydraulic stations are divided into two types: medium pressure and medium high pressure. Hydraulic stations have two forms of constant power: electric delay and hydraulic delay; Hydraulic stations can transmit pressure signals through pressure sensors or pressure relays;

4.The main axis and the reel linking by a flat large torque friction;

5.The signal monitoring device composed of photoelectric encoder, self-angle machine and low-speed DC speed measuring generator, it has perfect monitoring and protective functions such as speeding, overwinding, depth indication failure, brake wear, and spring fatigue;

6.The console has two forms of integrated and partitioned, all using integrated signal lights, reliable electrical instruments and new integrated operation handles, and digital depth indicators and digital and silk bar depth instructions as one of the depth indicator system. All have industrial television or computers, printers and other special countertops;

7.The wheel device adopts a holistic or two-valve cast welding structure, adopts a rolling bearing support and a friction liner with polyethylene or nylon on the rim;

8.Can be equipped with mine hoist network control and remote diagnosis system;
